MENIFEE — CALIFORNIA58 LOCAL REPORT. Menifee will host a free bulky-item collection on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 8 a.m. to noon at Sun City Civic Association, 26850 Sun City Boulevard.
Residency and capacity limits
Residents must show proof they live in Menifee. The city warns collection can stop early when dumpsters are full, and participants must unload their own material.
What the November event excludes
The event accepts approved large household items such as furniture and mattresses. The city’s 2026 flyer says tires and electronic waste are not accepted at the November location, even though those items were collected during some earlier events.
Extra ways to dispose of bulky waste
The city says eligible households may separately schedule up to four free curbside bulky-item pickups per year with WM at 800-423-9986. Hazardous chemicals, motor oil and batteries need approved disposal programs.
